ARTICLE 5. Nonseverability

Repealed and added by Stats. 1988, Ch. 945, Sec. 10. Effective September 16, 1988. Note: Termination clause applies to Chapter 13, commencing with Section 77000.

If any portion of this chapter is declared to be unconstitutional or void, the entire chapter shall become inoperative.
