Government Code § 7900

DIVISION 9. EXPENDITURE LIMITATIONS

(a) The Legislature finds and declares that the purpose of this division is to provide for the effective and efficient implementation of Article XIIIB of the California Constitution.

(b) It is the intent of the Legislature that citizens be provided with timely information so that effective oversight can be accomplished at the local level.
