Government Code § 8810

ARTICLE 2. California Public Broadcasting Commission

Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 1227.

The California Public Broadcasting Commission is hereby created in state government as an independent commission in order to encourage the growth and development of public broadcasting services to the people of this state.
