ARTICLE 2. Meeting and Organization of the Legislature

Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 91, Sec. 48. Effective January 1, 1996.

The Legislature shall convene in regular session at the City of Sacramento at noon on the first Monday in December of each even-numbered year, and each house shall immediately organize.
