CHAPTER 1. General Provisions

Repealed (in Sec. 8) and added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 423, Sec. 9. (SB 69) Effective January 1, 2022. Operative March 1, 2022, by its own provisions.

(a) The agency is a local agency for purposes of the Disaster Assistance Act (Chapter 7.5 (commencing with Section 8680) of Division 1 of Title 2).

(b) This section shall become operative on March 1, 2022.
