Government Code § 9500

CHAPTER 5. Enactment of Statutes and Adoption of Resolutions

As used in this chapter, “clerk” means the engrossing and enrolling clerk or the employee who performs the duties of engrossing and enrolling clerk when no employee is so designated by name.
