Government Code § 9507

CHAPTER 5. Enactment of Statutes and Adoption of Resolutions

Enacted by Stats. 1943, Ch. 134.

If the enrolled copy of a bill or other document is found to be correct, the committee shall present it to the proper officers for their signatures. When the officers sign their names thereon, as required by law, it is enrolled.
