• § 65025 “Office” as used in this chapter means the Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation.
• § 65026 “Functional plan” as used in this chapter, means an intermediate- or short-range plan for the operation of a discrete function of state government.
• § 65027 “Report” as used in this chapter, means the State Environmental Goals and Policy Report.
• § 65028.1 “Council,” as used in this chapter, means the Planning Advisory and Assistance Council established pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 65040.6.
