Added November 8, 1988, by initiative Proposition 105. Operative January 1, 1990. Invalidated in 1991 by court decision.

The Department shall issue regulations to implement this Chapter, including permitting one disclosure to satisfy the requirements of Section 1599.85 for all advertisements on the same page.
