ARTICLE 2. Revenue Bonds

Repealed and added by Stats. 1958, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 70.

The issuance of said bonds shall be authorized by ordinance adopted by two-thirds of all the members of the board, to take effect upon its publication.
