Harbors and Navigation Code § 6839

ARTICLE 1. Administrative Provisions

Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 368.

The first meeting of the board shall be held within ten days of the appointment of the chairman. The board shall make its own rules of procedure and determine the place and time of its meeting.
