ARTICLE 3. Foundling Registration

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1996.

A certificate of finding of an unidentified live child of less than one year of age shall be registered with the local registrar of births and deaths by the person or institution with whom the child is placed, within four days following the finding.
