ARTICLE 5. Amendment of Birth Certificate to Delete Racial Slurs

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1996.

Upon receipt of the application and payment of the required fee, the State Registrar shall establish a new birth certificate for the person.
