Health and Safety Code § 111035

ARTICLE 11. Local Enforcement

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.

For the purposes of this article, the health officer and his or her deputies shall have the same powers and authority as an inspector of the Bureau of Food and Drug of the department.
