ARTICLE 3. Misbranded Drugs or Devices

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.

The act of selling a drug or device contrary to Section 111470 shall be deemed to be an act that results in the drug or device being misbranded while held for sale.
