ARTICLE 4. Licenses and Licensees

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.

After conviction for a violation of Part 5 (commencing with Section 109875), the license of the person convicted may be suspended for a period of from 1 to 30 days.
