ARTICLE 3. Transportation of Radioactive Materials

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.

For the purposes of this article the term “radioactive materials” shall include any material or combination of materials that spontaneously emits ionizing radiation.
