ARTICLE 5. Swimming Pool Sanitation and Safety

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.

“Public swimming pool,” as used in this article, means any public swimming pool, bathhouse, public swimming and bathing place and all related appurtenances.
