ARTICLE 5. Swimming Pool Sanitation and Safety

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.

Every person proposing to construct a public swimming pool shall file a copy of the plans therefor, prior to construction, with the local health officer having jurisdiction for approval.
