ARTICLE 5. Swimming Pool Sanitation and Safety

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.

Any public swimming pool constructed, operated, or maintained contrary to the provisions of this article is a public nuisance, dangerous to health.
