ARTICLE 1. Narcotic Treatment Programs

The department shall impose a civil penalty of one hundred dollars ($100) per day for a program that fails to timely submit a corrective action plan, or to timely implement any corrective action when it has been found to not be in compliance with applicable laws and regulations as required in Section 11839.3.
