CHAPTER 4. Violations

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 1996.

Upon any subsequent conviction under the provisions of Section 120280, the court may order the person confined for a period not exceeding one year for the subsequent conviction, or other penalty as provided by that section.
