Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 318, Sec. 3. (SB 439) Effective January 1, 2026. Repealed as of January 1, 2034, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Chapter 7, commencing with Section 127660.

This chapter shall become inoperative on July 1, 2033, and, as of January 1, 2034, is repealed.
