ARTICLE 11. Payers’ Bill of Rights

Added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 582, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 2004.

Any person may file a claim with the department alleging a violation of this article. The department shall investigate and inform the complaining person of its determination whether a violation has occurred and what action it will take.
