ARTICLE 5.5. Grants-in-Aid Program

Subject to the appropriation of funds pursuant to the annual Budget Act, the department may establish planning and development grants for public or private nonprofit applicants that request assistance in conducting feasibility and needs analysis for new adult day health care centers.
