CHAPTER 7. Special Housing Programs for the Developmentally Disabled, Mentally Disordered, and Physically Disabled
As used in this chapter, “physically disabled” means affected by a physical disability rendering the affected persons eligible to participate in programs of rehabilitation, education, or social services conducted by or on behalf of a public agency, and also means persons affected by such a physical disability.
