Health and Safety Code § 6421

ARTICLE 1. Petition

Enacted by Stats. 1939, Ch. 60.

The petition shall contain:

(a) The name of the proposed district.

(b) The boundaries of the proposed district.

(c) A request that the territory within the boundaries be formed into a district as provided by this part.
