CHAPTER 8. Reorganization

Enacted by Stats. 1939, Ch. 60.

Reorganization shall not affect or impair the title to any property owned or held by or in trust for the district, or any debt, demand, liability, or obligation existing in favor of or against the district, or any proceeding then pending.
