Labor Code § 2920

ARTICLE 4. Termination of Employment

Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 90.

Every employment is terminated by any of the following:

(a) Expiration of its appointed term.

(b) Extinction of its subject.

(c) Death of the employee.

(d) The employee’s legal incapacity to act as such.
