Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 938, Sec. 79. Effective January 1, 1996. Operative July 1, 1997, by Sec. 98 of Ch. 938.

Notwithstanding Section 11425.10 of the Government Code, Chapter 4.5 (commencing with Section 11400) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code does not apply to a hearing conducted by the Military Department under this code.
