Amended by Stats. 2023, Ch. 523, Sec. 3. (AB 439) Effective January 1, 2024. Repealed as of January 1, 2034, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 3.1, commencing with Section 20118.5.

This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2034, and as of that date is repealed.
