ARTICLE 15. Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District

The provisions of this article shall apply to contracts by the Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District, as provided for in Part 10 (commencing with Section 98000) of Division 10 of the Public Utilities Code.
