ARTICLE 26. Boards of Supervisors—County Bridges or Subways

The provisions of this article shall apply to contracts by boards of supervisors for the construction, maintenance and repair of a county bridge or subway, as provided for in Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 1300) of Division 2 of the Streets and Highways Code.
