ARTICLE 32. City Councils—Municipal Lighting Maintenance District Act of 1927

The provisions of this article shall apply to contracts by a city council, as provided in the Municipal Lighting Maintenance District Act of 1927, Part 3 (commencing with Section 18600) of Division 14 of the Streets and Highways Code.
