ARTICLE 36. Water Storage Districts

Amended by Stats. 1998, Ch. 142, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1999.

Before making any contract for the construction or improvement of works in carrying out any project totaling twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) or more, the board shall advertise for bids.
