ARTICLE 36. Water Storage Districts

Repealed and added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 803, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1995.

In case of an emergency, if notice for bids to let contracts will not be given, the board shall comply with Chapter 2.5 (commencing with Section 22050).
