ARTICLE 47. Small Craft Harbor Districts

The provisions of this article shall apply to contracts by small craft harbor districts as provided for in the Small Craft Harbor District Law pursuant to Part 7 (commencing with Section 7000) of Division 8 of the Harbors and Navigation Code.
