ARTICLE 51. Sewer Maintenance Districts

The provisions of this article shall apply to contracts by sewer maintenance districts as provided for in the Sewer Maintenance District Act pursuant to Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 4860) of Part 3 of Division 5 of the Health and Safety Code.
