ARTICLE 60.4. Job Order Contracting for School Districts

Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 303, Sec. 4. (AB 846) Effective January 1, 2022. Repealed as of January 1, 2027, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 60.4, commencing with Section 20919.20.

This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2027, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2027, deletes or extends that date.
