ARTICLE 112. Mojave Water Agency

Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 803, second Sec. 65. Effective January 1, 1995.

In case of an emergency, if notice for bids to let contracts will not be given, the agency shall respond to the emergency pursuant to Chapter 2.5 (commencing with Section 22050).
