Amended by Stats. 2023, Ch. 201, Sec. 2. (AB 400) Effective January 1, 2024. Repealed as of January 1, 2031, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Chapter 4, commencing with Section 22160.

This chapter shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2031, and as of that date is repealed.
