Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 243, Sec. 1. (SB 991) Effective January 1, 2023. Repealed as of January 1, 2029, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Chapter 4.1, commencing with Section 22170.

This chapter shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2029, and as of that date is repealed.
