CHAPTER 4.8. Port of Long Beach Pier Wind Project Contracting

All documents related to the project shall be subject to disclosure under the California Public Records Act (Division 10 (commencing with Section 7920.000) of Title 1 of the Government Code), except those exempted from disclosure under the act.
