CHAPTER 3.7. Judicial Training Programs for Child Sexual Abuse Cases

From funds appropriated for those purposes, the Judicial Council shall establish and maintain an ongoing program to provide training for the judicial branch of government relating to the handling of child sexual abuse cases.
