CHAPTER 5. Miscellaneous Provisions Respecting Special Proceedings of a Criminal Nature
The Courts and magistrates before whom such proceedings are prosecuted may issue subpoenas for witnesses, and punish their disobedience in the same manner as in a criminal action.
