ARTICLE 6. California Men’s Colony

Amended by Stats. 1987, Ch. 828, Sec. 112.

The prison authorized to be established by Section 2046 shall be a medium security type institution. Its primary purpose shall be to provide custody, care, industrial, vocational, and other training to persons confined therein.
