Public Resources Code § 13019

CHAPTER 2. Definitions

Amended by Stats. 1997, Ch. 140, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1998.

“Voter” means a voter, as defined in Section 359 of the Elections Code, who resides within the boundaries of the district.
