Added by Stats. 2023, Ch. 60, Sec. 6. (SB 149) Effective July 10, 2023. Repealed as of January 1, 2034, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Chapter 7, commencing with Section 21189.80.

This chapter shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2034, and as of that date is repealed.
