DIVISION 14.5. Blue Ribbon Committee for the Rehabilitation of Clear Lake

For purposes of this division, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a) “Agency” means the Natural Resources Agency.

(b) “Committee” means the Blue Ribbon Committee for the Rehabilitation of Clear Lake.
