CHAPTER 6.2. Certification of Nonfossil-Fueled Powerplants, Energy Storage Facilities, and Related Facilities
(a) For the consideration of an application and the issuance of a certification under this chapter, the commission shall comply with the requirements of subdivisions (a), (e), (g), and (h), inclusive, of Section 25523.
(b) Subdivisions (f), (g), (j), and (k) of Section 25519 and Sections 25527 and 25538 apply to an application submitted pursuant to this chapter.
